Description
This version of TechnoWine is an advanced preservation system for non-sparkling wine. The system is made up of a hand-held vacuum unit and specialised stoppers which allows the air to be extracted from the bottle once it has been opened. This prevents oxidisation and gives an opened bottle of wine an extended lifespan of between 1 and 2 weeks.
The TechnoWine unit is perfect for wine bars who offer tastings and like to show clients their bottles of wine.

User Instructions For Still Wines
To enable you to use the system you will need a special cork for each bottle you use.
After you serve a glass of wine, a rubber cap provided with a special check valve is inserted into the bottle neck replacing the original cork. You can seal the bottle by simply applying a light pressure after placing a fastener to the suction system:
- When the machine is in standby the light is blue
- When the machine is re-sealing the bottle, then the light is pink.
- When the process is complete the machine light goes back to blue.
- It may flash red in the unlikely event of a problem.
